How we charge for what we do?
In order to simplify pricing for all — we’ve determined $180 per song (including edited video clips, photo organizing, music purchases, etc..,) is an amazing opportunity and price for all of our customers. Please keep in mind, all of our work is truly custom — (created around your pictures, your stories). Our slides are not templates ready to plug pictures in whether the theme fits or not. THEY ARE CUSTOM!
Being able to offer such a specialized service does not come without expenses and a lot of incredible talent. Great customer experience, quality control and custom work is what is most important to us as a company. Professional picture video services is not “cheap” (we’ve never claimed —it is), but it’s not that expensive either, especially if you take advantage of our monthly subscription programs. What we do, is worth every penny and you “get something” VERY SPECIAL for your money — that lasts — something you will cherish and enjoy forever. Forever, is a really long time.

Memvio communicates with customer to accumulate important detail information, how customer envisions the picture video (i.e. favorite colors, who’s who, do’s and don’ts).
(labor time 20-40-minute average).
Often, your Memvio designer will be in contact with you numerous times (adding onto this time average) for detailed information throughout your program. We then sort and organize customer’s uploaded photos and determine the best slide pics to fully tell each customer’s story.
(labor time 20-60-minute average)
We then go through an extremely time-consuming process choosing the perfect song(s). This process is crucial to do correctly to properly tell your story — keeping with its theme and mood.
(labor time: 20-60-minute average)
Unless provided, we choose and pay for selected songs.
(labor time: 15-30-minute average)
Our design team then begins the custom concept phase, to date we have yet to complete this phase in less than 20 minutes per slide —literally some slides takes us days (often hours) to develop a concept (we truly strive to create a concept that will re-tell your special memory(s). Sometimes our original concept idea needs to go back to the drawing board because once we tried it —it just didn’t work.
(labor time: minimum 45-minutes to multiple hours — often, several designers collaborating together for the PERFECT design)
Once we have a solid design concept, we begin the slide creation phase:
- Decide on background colors and/or background video movement
- Create custom online embellishments for the slides.
- Create the slide(s)
- Quality control approval
(labor time: 4-8 hours per song)
- Design DVD label and custom casing
Other cost contributors
- Website Maintenance
- Credit Card Processing Fees
- Production Center Expenses
- —and more

Absolutely the best gift you can give your child, your grandchild, your loved one, yourself! Seriously, how are you allowing the investment to hold you back? $0.66 a day? Think about how often you spend/waste money on frivolous things. This is NOT one of those times. This is important and YES! NECESSARY!
A Little Food for Thought:
How much did you spend on your wedding day? How much did you spend on a photographer? What have you done with the pictures from your wedding day, that you spent so much money on?
How much did you or are you going to spend on your baby stroller? Are you getting an UPPAbaby? Whatever stroller you decided on, someday —that investment (which is very large) will make its way to a garage sale or Goodwill along with a lot of other VERY expensive baby products. But, you decided these investments are good investments — no matter how much they cost. You want the best for your baby, right?
Well, you are correct —your baby deserves the best, especially preserving and enjoying their childhood memories. STOP PROCASTINATING! ORDER TODAY
Contemplate the following:
Do you pay for Starbucks (or similar) every day (or weekly) vs making coffee at home and saving money? What is your coffee monthly budget?
Do you go out for a weekly (or more) happy hour night out —to “unwind” after work?
Do you and your spouse go out for a special night out at your favorite restaurant at least once a month?
Do you pay for a gym membership, that you (because of your busy schedule) —don’t stay 100% committed to?
If you think about it, the above list can go on and on.
No, you aren’t going to stop indulging in the above and you shouldn’t. But, you have the opportunity (for so much less), to invest in professionally preserving, cherishing and most importantly ENJOYING your memories, your child(ren), your love, your life —forever! 100% stress free. Are you seriously going to indulge in the above (here today and gone tomorrow) daily indulgences and then choose not to preserve your memories forever?
18 years from baby-to-grad is a REALLY, REALLY long time for you to try to DIY, and —take my word for it —-you won’t do it. If you do —it will end up costing you more (especially if you take into consideration your time), than if you were to retain Memvio. Believe me, I know —been there, done that!
